Regional Cultivation Fund

The purpose of the Regional Cultivation Fund (RCF) is to engage and support community partners in helping to fulfill WHIN’s mission of making the WHIN region a global epicenter for the Internet of Things (IoT). RCF funding empowers the region’s own expertise to make a significant impact in the fund’s interest areas of education, connectivity, and quality of life. RCF grants have expanded successful local programs to the entire region, built new capacity and programming that has regional impact, and addressed common needs and challenges through region-wide but locally-directed investments.
